HomeTime Competition - Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering into any of the Competitions (“the Competitions”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and accept these rules as final and binding. The Competitions are open to residents of the UK who are 18 or over except for employees of HomeServe (or of any other HomeServe group company), agents or any other person who is connected with the promotion or administration of the Competition.
  1. The Competitions will close at 23.59pm on 10 December 2016 (“the Closing Date”). Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Competition. 
  1. To enter: to be in with a chance of winning a prize, entrants must visit hometime.co.uk/competitions (“the Website”) and correctly answer the respective question/s and provide their name, address, telephone number and email address. 
  1. The prizes for each Competition are as stated on the Website. HomeServe reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described cannot be provided to the prize winner. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be given. 
  1. The winners of the Competitions will be chosen at random on or just after the Closing Date from all correct entries received. The winners will be announced soon after on the Website. If any prize winner cannot be contacted, fail to confirm acceptance of their Prize within two working days of being notified or cannot make use of their prize for any reason, that prize winner will forfeit the prize and HomeServe reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner. 
  1. HomeServe will use the information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the Competition. HomeServe’s Privacy Policy is available at http://www.homeserve.com/about/privacy-policy
  1. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect. 
  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
